We live hybrid collaboration. We work from home, from the OTTO Campus and from anywhere in Germany where we find the ideal conditions for our work - and that is a team decision.
Workation possible: You want to combine vacation and work? No problem: You can work 30 days from anywhere in Europe.
And of course, we adapt to your personal life model. Many of our tech jobs are also available on a part-time basis.

Working methods
We experiment with new technologies and are not afraid of technical challenges. In order to find solutions, we have developed principles of cooperation for ourselves that enable us to reach our goal together.
Agile methods
Better sorry than safe: We work in a highly agile manner according to the principle of "Test & Learn" and do not always adhere to a specific framework such as Kanban or Scrum, but continuously adapt the processes through retrospectives.
Cooperation
We use pair programming and regular feedback sessions to develop ourselves intensively. We let off steam at Slack Days or Slack Weeks - here we tackle topics and technologies that everyone can choose for themselves.
